A Message from our Executive Director:
Our goal as a bike share system has always been to provide a safe way to travel around our city for all residents, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or economic status. We have taken an honest, in-depth look at access to our system and have asked ourselves if we are achieving our goals. We acknowledge that there are many opportunities to improve – and we are committed to making progress in the right direction. We pledge to put our efforts and our dollars towards ensuring that people and communities of color have equitable access to our system and feel safe as they move around our city.
We are ready to listen and to learn how to do better. We know this is just the beginning and we are in it for the long haul.
